The problem has been that the sellers have chosen to use (an on line agent)! Aaaargh!! I hereby promise NEVER to buy or sell a property through them, or similar institutions!! It makes me doubly grateful for all the efforts you and your team put into selling our property… and I wanted once again to thank you for that. It’s so easy to disparage estate agents and their ‘extortionate’ fees… but now I fully realise just how hard you work to earn those fees: without a Proper estate agent this time, I’ve had to do a lot of the work myself… So I felt I really wanted to thank you again- and to say: keep up the good work!’
